As you know, West Michigan gets a lot of snow. This does not slow us down a bit. Over the years we have accumulated all of the equipment necessary in order to do home construction throughout the winter months. This gives us a great advantage over most site builders who simply head South and vacation over the winter.

This picture shows the marriage line where the two modular halves meet. Note that there is OSB sheathing nailed to the interior studs as well as the exterior, which creates an incredibly strong wood framed box. This stronger framing method gives you less noise from the outside, less noise from stud creaking, a better insulation value, and a much more solid platform to install siding on.
